Amorbox Protective Case
I have had it on for 2 weeks. I haven't dropped it yet so I can't comment on durability. Nice color. Buttons move easily. Only complaints it already has scratches on back, I am very careful with it. Not sure I like the "grid" pattern on the screen protector. I like that it isn't bulky. I think I would like it better if the back & sides were more of a rubber material, I think that would improve grippimg it & not allow it to slide on surfaces.
This is a great case, just think of it as a hybrid between the Otterbox Defender and Commuter at a much better price. The polycarbonate face plate clips onto the phone and the hybrid polycarbonate/TPU back snaps on over the face plate. I actually prefer TPU compared to other cases which use silicone because it holds its shape and is much more durable. It also bounces nicely if you drop it. One other advantage to the design is it slides easily in and out of pockets. The sides have a great textured grip, and providing even more grip (if you have large hands) is the cutout allowing you to place your index finger inside the recessed area on the "M" dimple. The TPU is also very tight all the way around and once you get used to the process it's very easy to remove for cleaning. The port cover flaps are very secure yet don't put too much pressure on the charging or audio cable. I personally don't like screen protectors since they get scratched very easily so I popped mine out, but it did work fine when I tried it. I only have one small gripe with this case and that is the power and volume buttons are very sensitive. I'm used to it now, but at first I was accidentally rebooting the phone or holding down all three at once which, for some reason, generates a bug report. With this case you definitely want to at least have it set to swipe to unlock the screen or else you will be doing a lot of pocket dialing. I won't take a star away because now that I'm used to it, it's not an issue. Also most of the back is hard polycarbonate so it will scratch but nothing major unless it's dropped on concrete, and even then it would probably hold up fairly well. In conclusion I prefer this case over the more expensive Otterbox cases (although only slightly) and this case is also available for a much wider variety of phones because not everyone has a flagship. I'll be looking for one of these cases first from now on when I buy a new phone. Great job i-Blason!
The box fits the phone well however it does not sit flat on the table. The six raised dots on the back are at different heights on the curve of the case. This causes the phone to wobble like a teeter totter with the middle two dots as the axis. This means I get to listen to the phone tap the table as I type.
