    Step 1: Please read our return policy carefully

    We will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange. Amazon orders return/refund must be process through Amazon.com. You may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned product must be in a re-sellable condition unless the product is defective or damaged. Refund of shipping charges apply to 1) product damage 2) product defective and 3) wrong item shipped. For other returned products, refund of shipping charge will not apply. Upon receipt of your returned product, a credit refund will be applied and an email notification will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of your product and applied refund. Please allow this process to take at least two weeks to complete. If you have further questions regarding your return, please fill out warranty/return inquiry form.

    The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returned products and a shipping method that tracks the return will help expedite the process.

    Shipping Charges
    For orders outside the U.S. which are international orders, the Shipping Charge Refund policy will apply. Refund of shipping charges apply to 1) product damage 2) product defective and 3) wrong item shipped. For other returned products, refund of shipping charge will NOT apply.

    For bulk orders that are ten or more of the same product, the Shipping Charge Refund policy will apply. Refund of shipping charges apply to 1) product damage 2) product defective and 3) wrong item shipped. For other returned products, refund of shipping charge will NOT apply.

    Restocking Fee
    For bulk orders that are ten or more of the same product for each order, a restocking fee will apply and calculated 10% of the amount you paid for the returned products.
