Reading what others have hoped for, and what a year and a half of hard use has shown me, I'll rate this a 4, but honestly I'm mostly satisfied to the tune of maybe 4.5.I'm not a dropper. But I have a sense from the few bumps and stresses I've had were well protected against.I use a sleeve all the time, in part to add grip. My phones have always been immaculate after years of use per phone. I'm used to the sleeve.The case itself isn't rubbery at all on the back. The screen frame is better. Overall, I'm satisfied with the grippiness. Considering carpal tunnel, that's probably saying something extra.I can't speak to magnetism. Those accessories haven't found a way into my routine.But this case does charge in the wireless cradle that my son gave me. Just sideways is all, due to the protruding lense coverage. Maybe that's not necessary with other cases…The lense cover/ kick stand…yeah, I get it.I work around a lot of sand and debris that can find a way into my phone sleeve. I believe some of that sand first infiltrated my lense cover hinge. After a few months of heavy use, the cover wouldn't line up perfectly, and it eventually just broke off.Three things here.First, I value the lense protection more than I missed the kick stand, and I really didn't mind just pocketing the cover when using the camera. But I did eventually misplace it.Second, I had simultaneously purchased a separate lense cover, and the case door won't close over it. I trusted the case enough that I removed the clear lense protector. But when I lost the piece off the case, I just put the extra protective lense cover back on, and it works great. I don't worry about anything more than smudges.Third, I never bothered with the cheap screen protector that came installed on the case. I never planned to. I was able to carefully break the glue seals and pop the cheap plastic protector out. I instead installed a glass screen protector that I've been very happy with. I was a little concerned that removing the case screen protector would expose gaps along the edges of my phone to sand. However, every few months when I take the phone out to examine it and clean it, I'm thrilled with how little cleaning is necessary.Putting my money where my mouth is, I'm renewing my interest in photography and making the time, so I am re-ordering this phone case for a new kickstand/lense cover. I'll probably just use the old front piece rather than take the time to remove the cheap screen cover. This also means that unless/until the kickstand/lense cover comes off of this one, I will remove the clear lense protector that is currently installed.Looking at pictures and videos of comparable cases, I'm not convinced that the parts or construction of those is any better.

From style to built this is a slim beast of a case that not only looks great and feels good, it surely does protect the device. Only thing better would have been if it were waterproof. 5 Stars 4-sure!

This one is the perfect case. But you have to take off their protection film. And go with a tempered glass. But be mind full the tempered glass should not come to the very corners of the phone. Then just install the case and it ll be perfect!
