The case is beautiful and strong. Dropped the phone a couple of times and absolutely no damage. I was having trouble getting the case off, didn’t know how hard to pull so I contacted customer service. They replied within one day and told me how to do it. The rep was very pleasant, assured me I wouldn’t break the case. It was kind of an embarrassing question to ask but the rep was as kind as could be. Good case. Great customer service.
