This well engineered case seems to have as much, if not more protection designed into it as the market leaders in this category. With the S25 being a bit smaller, the addition of this burly case actually makes it easier to hold in my large hands. I really appreciate the built in kick-stand/finger hold; which smartly pulls double duty as a camera lens cover. The downside of that is taking a moment to open the lens cover when you want to take a photo.. but at least you know your camera lens will be intact and clean when you want that photo. Another well designed feature of this case, specifically for these phones, is the smart screen protector with a special circular section for the ultrasonic fingerprint detector. Another cheap case I briefly tried before this purchase wouldn't read my fingerprint through the screen protector at all. My one real gripe, which is the reason for the one star deduction, is the weak magnetic properties of the case and the way in which they are laid out. The bit of magnetic strength built in is arrayed in a somewhat large circle on the back of the case. The spacing of the magnets and weak nature of them, barely held my phone on my dash magic-mount phone holder.. and only until I hit a bump. I remedied that quickly with one of those thin metal/adhesive discs mounted inside the case; right in the middle of that circle. Now the phone holds very firmly on the magic mount and all my needs are met. I expect my phone is about as safe as I can make it.
