Google Pixel 8 Pro Armorbox Case - Metallic Red

This was the phone case I wanted. Wireless charging capable, kickstand, holster, 360 protection. The only problem is the built-in screen protector. There's going to be lint like you've never seen and the only way to clean it is to take it all apart and put it back together. And while that's not a huge problem, you can remove the built-in screen protector. But without that in place, the rigidity doesn't allow you to use another screen protector in a traditional fashion. It will always push up the edges. So overall I would probably give it 7 out of 10. If this was more like the poetic guardian cases where they give you two front faces, one with and one without the spring protector, that would be great. But again, I don't think it would work with a traditional glass screen protector if you remove the plastic screen protector. So that might come down to the dimensions of the front face cover. It might need to be a bit more narrow around the screen for that to work. So I would say it's a great case if you're going to use the built-in screen protector. Otherwise the engineers need to go back to the drawing board.

I needed a rugged case. I'm very prone to break phones. This is doing The job nicely I am not using the belt clip and have some concerns about the durability of the included screen protector, but it certainly is doing the job excellently so far

According to the listing, this case comes with two-faced plates. One frame with and one frame without the screen protector. Unfortunately, my case only came with the built-in screen protector. I contacted customer service. He told me that I could either use a hair dryer to remove the plastic screen protector or I could return the entire purchase for a refund. And while I am of course not going to try some back door method to make the product work correctly because that would definitely void the warranty, I also don't feel like a customer should have to jump through hoops just because a company's listing was incorrect and misleading. So I'm giving the case five stars and customer service one star for an average of three stars. I really really liked this case but customer service has now convinced me that I will no longer purchase another product from this company.

Admittedly, I've always used the Poetic brand in the past. But this year they just did not have any colors for their version of the iBlason Armor Box. I found this red and it was even better than the Poetic Spartan Revolution that came out for my iPhone 12 Pro. The color immediately made me want it.

This is an outstanding case both aesthetically and protectively. It charges wirelessly with no problem on vertical and horizontal pads. The kickstand is definitely a must-have and it even includes a holster. The listing says that it comes with two frames, one with and one without a screen protector, unfortunately, mine only came with one frame with the built-in screen protector. I don't prefer that type because I use a tempered glass protector. The built-in type tends to get dust under the cover fairly quickly. And once I put a phone in a case I like to leave it that way and not worry about having to take it on and off.

I did not subtract a star because I'm sure this was just a one-off fluke. Currently, I am awaiting customer support to respond to my request and concern involving one missing frame. I thought that maybe the listing meant that you could use the built-in screen protector with or without a pre-installed tempered glass protector. And to that, yes you can. But overall the buttons are very clicky. It's a very good fit and I have no doubt in the protective qualities. It also works with a camera lens protector installed. The flat corners are also what I was looking for. But this particular part glossy part matte red finish is exactly what I was looking for.

So I would say the item is five stars and I'm awaiting to see what customer service is like.
