  • Need to return an order? 

    Step 1: Read our Return Policy Carefully.

    We will be happy to assist you with the return of your product. You may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be in re-sellable condition unless the product is defective or damaged.  Please note- All Amazon orders to be returned must be processed through 

    We will send you a Prepaid Postage label to the email address provided on the order if one of the following situations applies to you:

    1. 1. The product you received is defective.
    2. 2. The product you received is not the item you ordered.
    3. 3. The product you received is damaged.

    For all other returned products within 30 days of delivery date, a refund of shipping charges will NOT apply. The customer is responsible for shipping charges of the returned product.


    Late Fee

    Returns beyond 30 days of the delivery date will be subject to a Late Fee of the returned value.


    Re-stocking Fee


    Returns of 20+ items will be subject to a 15% re-stocking Fee of the returned value.

    Please document the tracking number of your return package. This number is required for Customer Service to verify receipt of the package. When we receive your returned product, we will process your credit refund and email you a refund confirmation. Please allow 2-4 weeks for this process to complete.
